Careers

How old do I need to be?

Crew members can start at 15 or 16 depending on the role and hours, following Florida labor law. Manager roles require applicants to be 18 or older.

Do I need experience?

Not for Crew. We train you on everything. Manager roles prefer restaurant or leadership experience.

What happens after I apply?

McHire walks you through a few quick questions and lets you schedule an interview with a manager at the restaurant you chose.

Do you hire Spanish speakers?

Yes. Many of our team members speak Spanish, and we welcome bilingual applicants.

Birthday Parties

How far ahead should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for weekends. Send a request and a manager will confirm available dates.

How much does a party cost?

Pricing depends on the package, number of guests and add-ons. Send a request and we'll provide a quote.

Can I bring my own cake or decorations?

The manager who contacts you about your party will explain what's allowed at that restaurant.

Can I rent the restaurant for a group event?

Yes. Choose "Private Event Rental" on the request form and tell us about your group.
